<p>www.leanandmeanblueprint.com Here&#8217;s the set up 1A) Sandbag Shouldering x 4 total x 40 secs &#8211; use remaining amount of time is used for REST 1B) Power Rope Slams x 20 secs 2A) Sandbag Squat x 4 x 40 secs &#8211; use remaining amount of time for REST 2B) Burpee Box Jump x 20 secs 3A) Sandbag Push Press x 4 use remaining amount of time for REST 3B) Mobile Plank with Band x 20 secs You&#8217;ll be doing 3 min rounds of 40 secs of a STRENGTH / POWER movement then a 20 sec round of a POWER / CONDITIONING movement. As you can see, You&#8217;ll do three different supersets in a row to make it a 3 min round. After you go through a 3 min round, you&#8217;ll have a 1 min break in between for recovery. The recovery period is used to help you get a little bit of your wind back so your not completely worthless during your strength /power interval. <p>indoboard.com &#8211; This is a quick <a href="http://www.sandbagtrainingvideos.com/sandbag-training-video-categories" title="Sandbag Training Videos">video</a> of Todd Durkin from Fitness Quest 10 testing out how we do some of the Indo board TRX fusion exercises on both the roller and the original flo GF. This was a last minute idea, and thanks to Todd for taking the time to test out the Indo Board in all of his fantastic classes at Fitness Quest 10! http for more info. The ability of the TRX to displace ones center of gravity while creating limitless planes of motion and movement angles makes it an amazing tool for training the body in three dimensions. Indo Board was created to take people away from their typical stable environments by creating instability which in turn trains the mind and body to improve balance, proprioception, coordination, postural awareness and neuromuscular response. We believe the TRX is the best tool for training in 3-D, therefore, combining it with the Indo Board takes it to the next level. Training in 4-D. TRX, Indo Board, Jon Ham, and You Lee Rodriguez collaborated on this project to create a workout further challenging the TRX user by taking the normally stable contact point whether it&#8217;s the feet or hands, and adding instability to that point. The net result is a workout that provides increased muscular recruitment along with a greater challenge to the bodies balance and stabilization systems producing a more dynamic result.</p>

<p>This is true core training. More important than any type of weighted crunch. This exercises was taken from Gray Cook and mimics our very basics we see as infants develop their movement patterns. The importance with this exercise is to act as your body is a sand bag and only your moving limb and spine do the work. It does help to sniff in air into your abdomen and brace before performing the exercise.<br />

<p>www.leanandmeanblueprint.com BUILD MUSCLE with tire flipping, heavy lunges, and kettlebell swings. Tire flips are great to work on explosion and power. Focus on doing heavy sets of 2-3 for higher reps of 5-8. Do not curl the tire up but simply use your hips to explode into the tire and then use a knee drive to power through the tire. Good old fashioned power lunges are great to add slabs of MUSCLE onto your body. Do sets of 8-12 per leg. Kettlebell swings are another excellent &#8220;athletic&#8221; movement that will work explosion and help BUILD MUSCLE. These kettlebell swing are added with some side steps to add in a little more complexity to the movement. You still use the same hips drive to power through the kettlebell.
